Fruit salsa and Homemade Cinnamon chips

I would LOVE to take credit for this yummy recipe since it's a hit around here....BUT, I didn't come up with it!;) It is actually a recipe from Peyton's Preschool Joyful Noise, that the teacher so kindly gave us since all of our kids were begging for more after they made it at school!!
FRUIT SALSA INGREDIENTS
2 tart apples, peeled and finely chopped(The recipe doesn't call to peel but I have littles around here!;))
1 tsp. lemon juice (I take the lazy way and use pre made lemon juice, fresh is better though I promise)
1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
1 cup blueberries, finely chopped
2 kiwifruits, peeled and finely chopped (I leave this out as none of the children here will eat kiwi)
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp strawberry jelly (or preserves) (I also leave this out, I never seem to have it on hand)
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix and chill for 30 minutes before serving!

HOMEMADE CINNAMON TORTILLA CHIPS
Cut up tortillas into small triangles(Excuse the funny shapes of mine;)) Spray with pam and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over. Bake at 350degrees for approximately 15 minutes.

YUM, YUM, YUM!! Honestly, this picture disgraces the yummy factor, but it is super good and so easy!! I love that the kids love it so much because I know they are getting a nutritious snack!
